Dr Gangar is my PCP. If she's not available I prefer to go to Urgent Care. If she had a private practice I would be her number one patient. She listens, is thorough,gives her honest opinion, and calls to check on you if necessary. There's a general improvement in services also. Someone actually picks up the phone most times when you call, and short-term appointments can be had, instead of being told to go to the ER if you can't wait 3 months to see your PCP.
My mom had an appointment yesterday 7/1 at 2:40pm the 2 front desk ladies were nice making jokes with the other patients I waited for my mom to be seen which wasn’t long. But when she was called to go weigh herself & blood pressure the MA was being short no sympathy whatsoever my mom was nervous & she just smirked. She was just mute didn’t say anything after being seen since the doc said they’d give her the referral she was waiting on. And so she continued to just not say anything so my mom kept having to ask her for everything she needed to confirm she was good to go & when asked about the referral the MA said it’ll be sent to her phone in a text my mom asked...read full review
The clinic is nice and the doctors are nice as well but some of the front desk workers are rude. Also they will do labs on you and then not actually give you your lab results the patient portal is useless.
