“We used this company for the first time via ANGI. The 2 technicians that arrived were plesant and professional. They went right to work on our 4 level town home. Light chemical spray first, and thourough steam clean following. The wool carpet came up much cleaner than we expected. We were able to sparingly walk on the capret almost immediately. “Scott was great. I brought my car in with suspected mold, and he tested the carpets and didn't find any moisture. Instead of pressuring my into getting mold treatment done anyway, he recommended some products to help minimize any smells, recommended I change my cabin air filter, and to wait another month--recommending that if I had a small amount of mold, it would grow, and it would be obvious by then. He encouraged me to call or return any time to ask any questions, if they pop up.
