“I want to start by saying that I have been a patient at this office since 2017. There have been many times I have been sick and the office has been great to either get me a virtual appointment or see me the same day. The parking at this location is great, its above an urgent care but the parking lot is never more than 3/4 full.
Checking in with a tablet was at first confusing, but once I learned the right way to get it to scan my insurance card, no issues at all.
My nurse Holly is always a pleasure and can bring a smile to my face, even if I am there because I think I have the flu. My Doc is great, calls me by my name when he sees me in the hallway and you can tell he is actually passionate about his profession. I see there are some negative reviews but I can tell you from my prospective, everyone (front staff, medical professionals) have been great.“
