I have been enjoying my experience at Urban Natural. Clean shop, really comfortable hair washing booths, great customer service and responsive booking process. I get my locs washed and retwisted and the styling is always done well. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for loc services in the area.
Dee is an excellent stylist and salon manager. The salon has a soothing atmosphere, wonderful aroma, and gives an amazing shampoo. Great hygiene past the pandemic. Affordable prices. Any concerns are readily addressed in a professional and personable way.
Had my second service today. My stylist was Davina and as with my first service, it was an all-around exceptional experience. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and careful. The shop ambiance is very calm. I'm glad I found this place.
