Scheduled because he was recommended. Received multiple confirmation emails and text reminders for our appointment. When we showed up, door locked, no lights on, no response to call, text or email. Waited around for a bit hoping he’d show but eventually left. Zero response from Patrick. Unprofessional and unreliable.
Patrick, the owner and stylist, is extremely talented - I have hair that's hard to cut and style (short, fine, lots of cowlicks) and he cuts my hair in a way that makes it look thicker and controls the cowlicks. Genius!
So glad I found U Defining Hair on Yelp. My first visit was a few weeks ago and I love my haircut! I have wavy/curly hair that can be hard to manage when it's humid, but I'm able to style it straight or leave it wavy and I love the way it looks. Great service and great prices. Give Patrick a try!
