I booked a haircut with Yesenia, and while I was nervous at first (I’ve always had a hard time trusting people with my hair), she did a wonderful job! I was pleasantly surprised by how much I truly loved the cut. I’m so relieved to have finally found a stylist I feel confident going back to. “I've been getting my hair cut here for the last several years since moving to the area. The women who work here are fantastic, especially Mesu, the owner. I like it because it's nice and clean without being so fancy that the money is going to the branding rather than the quality of service. I also like that they will give folks a cut for free if they are unemployed but trying to get a job. That's the kind of local, community-based company I like to support. And maybe my husband looked a little scruffy when he went the first time, but they asked him if that was why he was coming in because he's trying to find a job and mentioned they offer that service, and I thought that was very gracious because then people don't feel uncomfortable having to ask for charity. Also, their coffee is amazing.“

I don’t have a particular nail tech that I go to every time because they’re all really great, some definitely more than others. They keep adding things and upgrading the facilities and services, very customer oriented and detailed. Have never had a cuticle bleed or bubbles/lint in polish. I’ve never been rushed through a service, takes a little over an hour for regular pedi and gel mani ($85 but I also got my old gel nail polish removed as part of service). If you’re on the fence or new in town looking for a place to go, you should go here — it’s a safe, reliable, clean salon. Prices are on par for mid-level salon“

“Best dip nails I've ever gotten! My dip nail set has lasted for 2 weeks now with no chipping or lifting. I wash dishes nearly every day at home so I was worried they would start to lift but surprisingly they have not one bit. The dip set could last a lot longer but my nails grow fast so I need to get a new set ASAP. I'm so excited for my next appointment! The vibe is totally relaxed and cute. The spa is very clean and I so appreciate that. The staff is friendly and respectful. I'm recommending this nail spa to anyone looking for these services.“

“My bob was becoming lob so I decided to get a trim on the go. I had about 1.5 hours on Saturday morning and Rita's told me they could take walk-ins. The lady who helped me with the haircut was super nice. She started with a short trim and asked if that's the length I wanted. I did tell her to cut off some more. After that, she took her time with my layers quietly then dried and styled my hair nicely. I overheard her complaining about pain in standing position but she was applying steady and gentle hands on me throughout. The ladies there speak English and Spanish. The cut was $30.“

“OMG! Long review incoming but stay with me...So I found Christina last minute after months of looking for a new wax lady and was very impressed by the reviews she already had. I followed the directions on her website about calling first where she conducted a mini consultation. This made me know I was in good hands. I quickly booked my appointment and she squeezed me in that SAME day. I got to my appointment and she was still finishing up with a client so I had no problem waiting, besides she squeezed me in her schedule. During the wait, she checked on me a couple times, which made a customer like me feel acknowledged and seen. When it came down to the appointment, I got a brazilian and underarms waxed. She was very knowledgeable about different types of wax, skin and even talks about diseases people tend to overlook. She also is gentle but thorough throughout the whole process. It hurt a bit since it had been a while but she was calling me trooper LOL and she also made sure I was well prepared by telling me to eat a banana and a pain killer before coming. She makes sure NO hair is left! No tweezing required! She even has you make sure just in case! She makes sure you're in and out efficiently and feeling great! Even after your wax, she will text you to check up on how your wax is doing! If you're still reading this, please book with her!!! You will not regret it. Thank you again Christina! “This place is serviceable but I don’t see myself going back. The staff is friendly but vibe is very run down. The chairs are old and worn, the floors look dirty and everything just feels cramped. At the manicure tables youre elbow to elbow with other guests, and there’s not where for your purse. My technician was kind but my end result was average and my dip manicure is already showing signs of wear after 1 day. Prices are average. If you need a quick service and don’t need it to be perfect this place is fine.“
