MCC&R saved our basement, and that's not an understatement! We fostered 3 kittens and the carpet and couches smelled like everything you'd imagine. He saved not only our carpet, but the two couches we were convinced we were just going to have to throw out. Not to mentioned he revitalized our kitchen flooring, returning our grout to brand new after 13 years of dirt and build-up. This is our carpet cleaning company from here on out!
Rich is amazing! We hired him for carpet steam cleaning since we are moving into a new house. He asked me a bunch of thoughtful questions (e.g. allergies, any points of concern) when I called for a quote. And of course the quality of the actual service was great. The carpet was dry in less than 8 hrs, and it smelled so fresh and clean. And he put corner guards around the house too to prevent damage from his equipment.
