Kristy the owner of Mimi’s nail salon done my nail. Love it. Powder gel!!! She has great customer service, very polite, she knows the job very well, and the house environment is clean the music is great. If you need your nail to be perfect and beautiful come to Kristy. Strongly recommended!!!

They push you to do what they want rather than what you would like. Communication is horrible, and if you want a specific nail tech and they aren't there, the person on the phone lies to get you in the door!

Kristy is very good at what she does, however, it seems like she is always in a hurry due to high demand of her services. The last time i visited after booking the appointment couple of days prior, she almost removed my natural nails from my nail bed. I asked her to use acetone to soak my nails but refused and insisted most clients preferred yanking them off using a fake nail tip. I expressed my concerns and pain I felt during the process but she did not seem bothered as it seemed she wanted to get rid of me. Not sure if I will be returning.Service: Dip powder
