I love the fact that there is an affordable and convenient place to get a sauna here in Silver Spring. The staff is super accommodating and welcoming, and have not had a bad experience. I go here after the gym/swim to get a sweat, relieve sore muscles, and detox. Consider this one of Silver Spring’s best kept secrets.
