Nyle is an extremely skilled OT. Through her process she taught me how to listen to my body in a profound way so that I am the one who heals myself. The first sessions I spent unwinding old tension from where I had been compensating and building awareness of the movement patterns in my body. Only once I had depended my awareness could I then start building strength from the new appropriate muscle groups.
