I want to rate them a 1/5 after my experience today, but that wouldn’t be fair to the wonderful people who worked on my hair today.

Usually, I am in love with this salon and have never had a problem in the year or so I’ve been coming.

But today, I sat down after getting a price quote for my hair from the online reservation page. I added two services, one which was my usual service and another that was new to me. The owner came over and let me know that I had actually selected the wrong service by mistake, and that I needed a different service. I have been going to Arif Hair for years. Everyone here is so triendly. The owner Tee is amazing with my hair. I usually get a wash, dye, blow dry, trim, and flat iron. The prices are great and the service is fast without feeling rushed. The man there also does a great job styling hair. I drive an hour just to get my hair done here.

I can’t say enough great things about this salon. The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing, and the entire team is incredibly friendly from the moment you walk in.

T is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about the health of your hair. She makes recommendations based on what your hair actually needs — not to upsell. That level of honesty and expertise makes a huge difference.

The service is always thorough yet efficient. Depending on what I’m getting done, my average visit is about 40 minutes, which is perfect for my schedule.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for skill, integrity, and a great overall experience!
