The staff is very nice and helpful, but be careful when you schedule your appointments. They INSIST that you be on time, so I arrived early. I wasn’t seen until nearly 40 minutes after my scheduled time. I was in the Drs office for maybe 5 minutes before I was sent out into the waiting room again for 20+ minutes before checking out.Same thing happened the last time I had an appointment, though not quite as bad. I don’t think it’s any one person’s fault, but they should schedule fewer patients if they can’t honor their appointment times.The store is clean, and doesn’t ever seem too too busy. I've edited previous review of this location. I rescheduled and was seen today. I would like to say thank you to the team and the general manager of the location and they have promised that their grace period would change. Overall the customer service received was 10/10. From front desk to the doctor. Everyone during my visit today 9/11/2023 were excellent and I would be coming back here and bring my family.

I have been coming to this location for a while and I just love it. People working there are very knowledgeable and very kind. They are also very patient and helpful when people are trying to figure out what frames works best for them. No matter how busy they get they always assist you with a smile and their manager always makes sure we have the best experience when we come in. Definitely recommend coming to this location!
