The gel x extensions on my fingers is NOT there work…but the nails that fallen off is! I had to get my nails completely redone after 4 days! I should have taken a nail pop off as she was filing as a major red flag. Shortly after leaving I went to the giant supermarket and two more fell off! I rush back to the salon but they were already closed. It was my birthday and I was going out for the weekend so I brought press on nails to fill in the ones that will pop off. I went in for a pedicure today and my nail tech was rude and aggressive. Even though I’d booked the appointment online, they were unaware of my appointment when I showed up. I didn’t get the nail tech I booked and anything I asked for was a dramatic display of dissatisfaction with my tech, the oldest woman in the shop. When I didn’t do the service she thought I was having, gel pedicure, she just decided for me that I was only getting a basic pedicure. When I initially mentioned my add ons she tried to convince me to only do the basic pedicure despite that not being my scheduled appointment.
