I had my back basement sump pump installed with new drain outside door with drain title, battery back up unit as well. Amazing job. When we had some big rain he even called and texted to see how I managed. The employees are very professional in Toro shirts so you know who they are. They clean up any mess they make and are very polite. Such a great job at great price having them remodel my kitchen and do all the rest of my home projects that need to be done. I highly recommend you use them for superior workmanship and products.“

We had a leak in the dining room ceiling of our 100 year old house that damaged a wall and the original crown molding. Robert and his team came in, were able to have matching crown molding made and did a beautiful job repairing the plaster. They also identified a problem with a beam over an adjacent window and were able to trouble shoot and come up with a plan to restored that in the process and saved us from future problems. At each step they explained the plan in detail. Robert gave multiple options at a range of prices with no pressure. “I had K&A do work on my exterior- paint shutters, rehang one that had fallen off, fix downspouts, remove an old satellite dish on 7-20-23. Throughout the process they were very responsive, friendly and quoted a reasonable price, they were slightly higher than the other 2 companies I contacted. I decided to go with them because of their responsiveness. It turned they found an issue I was not aware of as well. A piece of our siding had popped out and it was causing a small leak into my garage. They fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. They showed up on time, completed the work quicker than I had anticipated and charged me what they quoted. I will be contacting them to do more work for my company building.“
