She is very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to her services.I went for semi permanent eyeliner, which is a pretty uncomfortable procedure, but Ping made sure it was as painless as possible. She applied numbing cream and took her time with the procedure. She was very meticulous and I love the results - it was exactly what I was hoping for.She was also very friendly and personable and easy to talk to, which made the procedure more bearable.
