“From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. One of the employees greeted me right away and offered me tea, coffee, or water — I chose tea, and she brought it out beautifully on a tray with two chocolates, a napkin, a stir stick, and sweetener. I had a Russian pedicure with Viki R., and she was amazing from start to finish. Every step of the way, she made sure I was comfortable and okay. My nails look great and my feet feel incredible. The whole pedicure took about an hour and a half — honestly faster than I expected and I was impressed.

I also want to mention that I called the night before around 8:15 PM, not sure if anyone would even answer — and not only did someone pick up, but they got me on the schedule quickly and seamlessly. That kind of customer service is rare and it did not go unnoticed.

This is my first Russian pedicure and I am absolutely adding it to my monthly routine. I’ll be back for a manicure within the next couple of weeks and back for another pedicure next month. I highly recommend this salon and every single staff member here to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.“
