I felt lousy walking into Patriot. However, the gal at the front desk made checking in so easy and efficient. Very pleasant. The Physician’s Assistant was so kind and thorough. He listened, did the appropriate swabs, and provided the diagnosis. He was very compassionate and helpful. Thank you.
From the intake person through the lady who took my vitals and the provider who gave me my job required physical, my experience was totally professional in nature and very thoroughly done. I highly recommend this Urgent Care/testing facility.
Front desk staff and technician were extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Lee was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The facility, however, looks very worn and could benefit from a facelift.
