I came here in a true emergency situation. My ferret had gone from normal to seizing in the span of 10 minutes. He was truly unwell: we learned later his heart rate was extremely low and his blood sugar was very low by the time we came in. I called them in a true panic, and ran in shaking and crying. They took him back to perform emergency care. The front desk and woman who came to take my information saw me as my worst self, I was so upset and anxious.
