I started going to Kelly's electrolysis after getting Paradoxical hypertrichosis from laser hair removal on my face from another place. Since I've started with this practice, I've consistently seen improvement in my hair growth and thickness, which has been one of the best confidence boosters after dealing with such a sensitive situation of having even thicker hair grow in areas that I did not want them in. I have been going to Kelly's Electrolysis for a little over a year now. I have thick and stubborn hair, and professional and at-home laser treatments were not successful at reducing the hair growth. I began seeing Kelly, who is very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the entire process, gave a realistic time course to see results, and recommended skin care product to reduce the risk of redness or hyperpigmentation as a result of the treatment.
