Kelly has done such a good job on my facial hair that I don’t need to go as much…which makes me a little sad because I’d enjoy visiting with her! First, she has the skills and the studio is immaculate, it is pleasant to be there with lots of art to see. She never pushes for more time or tells me what to do, she always lets me decide where on my face to work and how long I can do it.
But also— she is an incredible person. I enjoy talking to her, and she is very compassionate and understanding about how I feel. I’ve been seeing her for several years, and that means I like the results and the owner.
I started going to Kelly's electrolysis after getting Paradoxical hypertrichosis from laser hair removal on my face from another place. Since I've started with this practice, I've consistently seen improvement in my hair growth and thickness, which has been one of the best confidence boosters after dealing with such a sensitive situation of having even thicker hair grow in areas that I did not want them in.
