The all of a sudden we find one that is even better than our dream doctor. I mean "out of this world!" I'm speaking of Dr Manisha Kalra. I loved everything I researched before visiting. Then she blow me away - she is a million times better than her website portrays. A God sent:):):)...As awesome as usual. She never seizes to surprise me with her compassionate care efforts, Amazing.

Bottom Line - This practice is 5 stars. If I could rate it more stars, I would. Dr. Manisha Kalra is an excellent diagnostician, gives excellent advice, is kind, compassionate, non-judgmental, and has an excellent bed-side manner. Never, in all my times here, have I felt rushed through an appointment. In addition, as anyone who has ever visited a doctor's office knows, the front desk staff is a vital part of the practice. Once again, from the first time I came to the practice I am always greeted warmly and the front desk staff (Kerlin, Julia and Annie) are friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. (Kerlin and Julia also double as the Medical Assistants, as well). If I leave a message with any one of these ladies, I KNOW it will be given to Dr. Kalra, and if the front desk promises me something I KNOW it will be done. I also like the fact that there is a patient portal where you can communicate quickly and easily with the doctors, request a refill for a prescription, obtain your lab results, see a summary of your office visits, and more. They are located on Shady Grove Road midway between I270 (Shady Grove Road Exit) and Shady Grove Hospital.
I had a great experience. The team was kind, excellent, and truly compassionate. They were very detail-oriented while still being incredibly humane. I felt comfortable from the moment we were greeted until the moment we left. Highly recommend.
