“We had a professional, pleasant and friendly experience with Honey Cover Landscaping and Tree Services. They said they would follow up with us, and they sure did. We appreciated their patience with us during the review posting on the website. When writing a review on their website, the system prompts you to sign-in to your Google/Gmail account. I have not signed in to my account is many-many years and could not remember my password. So, that process was tedious and required extra steps to reset our Google/Gmail accounts. Google sure makes it complicated to reset your password; however, I know this provides additional security for people. Once we finished that process, I accidently posted a review on a different company. Michelle (office person) brought that to my attention. Not to worry. Michelle was very patient and professional. Finally, as you can see... I am able to post my review. During my appointment, they sent out four or five crew members, many pieces of machinery to get the job completed. The crew was very nice, and they did a great job. We will definitely use them again and we recommend you give them a try too. “Great service! Got quotes from 3 in the area. Spence's was least expensive, but that is no indication of the quality of work. Professional, careful (working around pool equipment and the pool), polite, and clean. Barely mussed up the yard and laid down new seed where they did. The crew took down two trees that were too close for comfort (and one was hit by lightning), and removed old debris from years ago. If we need tree removal again, I will definitely be going back to Spence's.“
