Cartier came to apply a normal maintenance treatment but because of excessive rain my grass was very long. Rather than perform the scheduled treatment and move to the next job, Cartier asked when my next cut was scheduled. When I said 1 to 2 days from the treatment date, he recommended rescheduling the treatment to ensure the benefits were not voided by the cutting.Cartier is consistently pleasant and professional (in spite of my free-range 93 pound, Doberman ?) and our most recent exchange is yet another example.I

The service performed by this company was exemplary. They were timely and professional, and very kind. All the work that they had done change the entire look of my lawn. The customer service people were some of the best customer service people I’ve been in contact with for years. Anyone who’s had contact with the public in any kind of way no customer service has been at a low well this business we’re top notch. I’d recommend anyone to use Natural Green. Our lawn maintenance was a hobby on which my husband spent hours perfecting a routine that produced a lawn to be envied. A few years ago he could no longer give it the attention it needed.
