“Cartier came to apply a normal maintenance treatment but because of excessive rain my grass was very long. Rather than perform the scheduled treatment and move to the next job, Cartier asked when my next cut was scheduled. When I said 1 to 2 days from the treatment date, he recommended rescheduling the treatment to ensure the benefits were not voided by the cutting.Cartier is consistently pleasant and professional (in spite of my free-range 93 pound, Doberman ?) and our most recent exchange is yet another example.I“
