Forever Grateful. About 5 yr ago we rescued 3 week old kittens who had been brutalized by some kids. They were literally days from death. On our way back from where we collected them, I tried to find a vet who was willing to see them for very urgent care. My experience with the ER vet clinics in the DMV took them off the list as an option. I had never been to Liberty Falls and yet (after a lot of rejections by other vets) they told me to bring them in as soon as we could. The smallest and most damaged was too weak for the needed surgery but the vets scheduled the enucleation needed. These vets are so compassionate and it’s ALL about the animals. Friendly, kindly, patient staff. Dr. Geldon is wonderful. Good with our skittish dog (and with us, also skittish). Takes her time and will sit on the floor with Sophie to help settle her and examine her. Very thorough. We tend to favor conservative treatment and meds plans. We are comfortable with dr geldon on that score. Highly recommend her!
We have been bringing our dogs here for about 5 years. The people who work here, from the desk to the doctors, are so kind and helpful. The vibe is always chill and patient, which makes our experience much more manageable and even pleasant. I'd consider both of our boys pretty high-maintenance and they are always treated so well.
