“Lugo and Greg the owners of Quality Innovations came out to repair our roof when shingles came off during high winds. We discovered our roof had been poorly installed by other contractors in 2017. Quality Innovations were responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They resolved the immediate issue on the spot for a fair price. They also patiently answered our questions and explained the installation issues from the previous installers. We are waiting to get a quote to remediate the other issues long term. Since it was late spring and they were quite busy, they gave me a two-week window for when the work would be completed.

The price was quoted based on the square footage of my house, which I found reasonable and consistent with what I’d paid previously for similar work.

On the day of service, I received a text notification when the crew was en route. My presence wasn’t required, which was convenient. The Ned’s Home truck was red, clearly marked, and looked fairly new. Two workers, wearing Ned’s Home shirts, carried out the cleaning. While they had safety harnesses, they chose not to clip into safety lines, but moved confidently across ladders and rooftops like Spiderman—clearly experienced.

They removed all debris from the gutters, flushed the downspouts, and cleaned up any debris that fell to the ground. They also reattached a loose gutter guard cover without me needing to ask. The total time on-site was about 35 minutes.

Afterward, I was notified that my credit card had been charged and received an inspection report summarizing the work performed. No issues were found with my gutters.

“Imas General Services were subcontracted through another company. Both companies were fantastic and getting the work done was seamless.

I received five star treatment from start to finish. Called for an estimate on a Friday of a holiday weekend, got an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. It could have been done on Wednesday, but it rained all day. The pricing was so fair that I didn't even need to negotiate.

I had not looked into chimney repair before, but a bird entering your house like it's Santa will make you consider installing a chimney cap.

Inmar was on site to provide the estimate, explained the services that I probably needed, and told me I would receive an estimate via email. I received the estimate later the same day.

Inmar's team showed up, explained the scope of work, gently moved our plants out of the way, and got to work. I also needed my gutter cleaned and asked if they could take care of it, since they had ladders and experience. He said he'd try to fit it in. They did.

I napped in front of the fireplace while they worked. I could only hear light tapping from the brick removal process.

They sent photos while the work was in progress. Great photos that I will share with you below. Inmar and his team exceeded my expectations. The hardest part of getting the chimney repaired and gutters cleaned was submitting payment - because no one asked for money upfront.
