We had them do the work and although it was a complete replacement it was done in a timely manner and all debris cleaned up.“

“When we first met with Garrety Home Pros for an estimate, we had already obtained some other estimates so we had a pretty good idea of what our project would cost and a design in mind. However, we had some hesitation about the others because there were some architectural challenges to navigate and no one seemed to be able to figure out how to work around them. But Corey came up with a unique plan that resolved all of our concerns at a price that was very much in line with the others.

While awaiting delivery of the materials, their communication was excellent- Tiffany provided regular updates and someone was always willing to respond to our questions. They handled all of the county permits- there was nothing we needed to do.

Most of the construction was done by Tony and Elijah. We could go on for days about how much we enjoyed working with them. They were unobtrusive and very respectful of our home and property. Tony would quickly communicate any issues, and was always available to answer questions. Their work was impeccable and it’s clear that they take a lot of pride in their skills.

We were so happy with their work that, when construction needed to be paused to order additional materials, we decided to contract with Garrety to add new railings to the part of the deck not taken up by the sunroom.

The final phase of the construction involved adding the doors, floors and railings. Nick and Ian handled that and were very responsive with addressing all of the minor issues that inevitably come up at the end of any project. When the final permit inspection revealed one issue, they came back the following day to resolve it.

“Great work at a very fair price. I contracted them to cut out drywall, remove insulation, and replace the insulation and drywall. They arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and treated my house with great respect. It was easy to schedule and they are flexible enough to work on weekends and were able to schedule the job quickly to accommodate my needs.
