Call us regarding windows purchased in early July, but still waiting for Universal Windows Direct to schedule installation ! Wtf ? Contact us ASAP.
Windows and doors look beautiful and house staying warmer. Thermostat being kept at lower temperature but with no leakage house stays at 67. Very warm for us.The windows and doors were to be installed by 11/7/2023 in order for the loan to be official. After the date loan could be cancelled.Poor communication with the company. Do not recommend dealing with a company that sends windows and doors orders to outside company and then a third party installers
Our association was very particular about the outside appearance of the windows, Daniel was very helpful in meeting the necessary requirements. The windows were delivered on schedule as promised. The appearance of the windows are very nice. The installers were courteous and the workmanship was excellent.
