We had a bat inside our house the day before thanksgiving. We called Marc and he was here with an hour and conducted a removal within 15 minutes. He was gracious, timely and effective…he saved the day!

At once Termite and Peat Control did a very difficult job for us. We had a house that had over 50 years of Bat infestation and we were very overwhelmed by the damage and needed repair. Mark and his crew were very fair and did the entire job for us in just 3 days. They were punctual and took care of everything that was needed to restore the damage that was done. Would highly recommend them and am fully satisfied with there work. Their crew was very pleasant and worked with our specific needs and hurdles in project.

We were renovating our 100+ year old house in Ellicott City and were disturbed to find a lot of droppings in the walls once we removed drywall. The first contractor who came out told us it was probably bat droppings...bad and expensive news considering the health dangers. An hour later, we had Marc come out, and he quickly assured us that these were NOT bat droppings but shrew droppings, and probably old. He was confident in his judgement and provided us with a full, clear, and scientifically impressive explanation. He was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about his work.
