I received my post-op physical therapy following a total knee replacement in October at this MedStar location. My therapist was Jakki Te. She saw me pre-op to do a baseline assessment and to explain what to expect following surgery. Then she was my therapist for all of my sessions after the surgery. She was wonderful, as were all of the staff at this location! She is extremely knowledgeable and very supportive. The sessions were intense--but that is what was needed following this kind of surgery and as a result, I achieved the goals that we established together. The support staff, including the reception desk staff, were also top-notch. The atmosphere here was informal and friendly, but professional as well. Everyone was focused on the clients and their specific needs, as well as their safety. Scheduling visits was easy--I never had any problem choosing days and times that worked for me. I would highly recommend this location.
Michealle is absolutely wonderful. She listens carefully and then responds in language comprehensible to patients who do not have a medical background. She truly cares about her patients. I'm sorry she's leaving this practice. I know she'll always put her patients first wherever she goes.
We highly recommend Wes from LJ Butler Plumbing & Heating. We had what felt like an emergency situation with water leaking from our hot water tank. We reached out to LJ Butler and Wes was able to come out the same day and take care of our problem. He was able to diagnose everything right away, and while other companies may have tried to get us to replace the entire hot water heater, Wes recognized that all we needed was a new expansion tank. He had all the parts and supplies in his truck and was able to get everything fixed very quickly. He even helped clean up the water that had leaked out that night. Excellent Plumbing service and excellent customer service. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with him.

Mizan General Construction is by far the best contractor I’ve ever dealt with. The workers are honest, professional, and extremely helpful. I had a brake in my main water line. I called Wes and he responded immediately. We set up a time & day to install a new water line and within 48 hours he had installed a new copper line from my house to the county meter as well as all new interior fittings including a new dual check valve. Wes and his helper busted their butts and completed the job in 6 hours, including replacing the concrete at the meter. Fantastic job - yes they are highly recommended. My daughter and I got our hair cut and styled here and we couldn't be happier. Being able to make the appointment online was super helpful. Suzanne was our stylist and she was great. Very friendly and made my 12 year old feel really comfortable. Our hair cuts and styles were wonderful. We will definitely be back.
Serenity Nail Spa & Lounge is a welcoming atmosphere when you enter . You are welcomed with a wonderful receptionist and staff. My go to is dipping powder that last 2-3 weeks done by Calvin & Victor. When you get a pedicure done you get a complimentary drink free to enjoy. The staff does a wonderful job.
James came to my house today to treat the stucco exterior, and it was a pleasure to meet him. I had my doubts about whether certain stains, etc., could or would be eliminated. And yet they were! Our white stucco house, which we've lived in for 25 years, still looked the same. Even our exterior windows were spotless, and the driveway looked fantastic. Janes was prompt, thorough, and really competent. It was an enjoyable and "money well spent" experience. You won't be let down, I promise.

I recently transferred my kids dental care here after a nightmare experience with Porter Dental. Given our previous experience, my son and I were very weary but we were immediately put to ease by the care and compassion of the staff. 10 of 10 experience from start to finish. The dentist even called me directly for a follow up on some questions I had.

Richard just completed work on our bathroom today. He's professional, prompt, and a conscientious worker. I have a family of 6 and everyone was funneling into our master bathroom. When I called and told him how badly I needed the bathroom finished after having mold remediation, he came in and took care of us. His labor is reasonable, he does good work, and his work ethic is old school (show up on time and work). You won't regret retaining his services.

I had a concern about a possible leak in my roof. I called the company, spoke with a helpful representative, and within two hours, I was talking with a roofing expert, Justin. He came by my house the same day to go up and inspect the roof (on a three-story townhouse). He told me that there was no concern with the roof and that the roof I had was in good condition. I am very thankful for his expertise, responsiveness, and honesty. Although I did not need a roofing repair, I was highly impressed by Justin and Pulaski Roofers, and the second that I need any work done on the roof in the future, I know who to call.

Today was my first time using Valvoline. I went to the Perry Hall location. There was no wait at all and the staff, specifically Jason and Tiffany were very friendly. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Most importantly in a society that had lost the value of customer service or even friendly interactions they were a pleasant surprise. They were so friendly and even had me laughing. I highly recommend this location.
