I reached out to Dave of NLT Construction because our porch steps were in desperate need of repair. Dave was quick to respond, had good pricing, and a lot of knowledge. Dave was kind enough to fit us in his schedule right away so that our steps were completed in time for our housewarming party. Dave and his team do great work, we will definitely be reaching out again for our next project.
We started having issues with our unit blowing out warm air on a hot day. The unit could not get our house below 80 degrees. I called Sean and he got me on the books right away. With our unit being older, I thought it might be time for a new one. They came out and said a new unit was not needed, that it was just dirty and needed to be cleaned. My husband and I have no idea how this stuff works
And so they could have easily taken advantage of us. Was very impressed with their honesty and professionalism. They have won a customer out of me. We will be having them come out for regular maintenance and for any potential issues. 10/10 recommend!
I had a good experience with Luke at Decks del Sol. Happy with the deck, Luke was easy to work with and his deck guy Sam did a nice job with the construction. Feels very solid and looks good.

Bonnie is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and can handle large dogs. The staff is dog savvy as well.
