The first time I went the nail tech almost cut the tip of my finger with clippers if I had not moved she would have. The male technician hurt my toe nail bed so bad I was bleeding and couldn't wear the shoes I had planned to wear to a wedding. I made an appointment to go back to have a fill in. I asked for the earliest appointment. They said 10:00 then called and said the guy (who i specifically asked not to have) called in sick could I come at 11. I did ...sat for 10 mins and they weren't close to being done anyone. I hope the 3 people that were there had appointments and weren't walk ins. I won't go back unfortunately. I wanted to live this place.

After going here for many years, this place has definitely been solid enough for me to get manis and pedis. This place has a very clean interior! Here are some of my experiences, good and bad. In my most recent visit, in the pedicure chair there was chipped polish. I have dealt with this but not the most sanitary. Speaking of, they sanitize all of their tools in a sanitary box (not the professional name). As years have passed, the staff has shortened. I have seen some ladies not get the pedicure treatment they wanted due to this issue. The salon also carries a chemical smell of a mix of acetone and nail polish, but this is expected. I've noticed ignorant staff throwing pamphlets on the ground outside after not arriving 10 minutes later than the said opening time. I can't complain however on their usually excellent painting jobs! Recently, a recent customer had come back to receive a refund for not getting what they had asked for. Also, a year or so ago I had just gotten my pedicure and was in the chair for my manicure. I was truly shocked when my manicurist stepped on and smudged my fresh polish! I was unhappy to say the least. I have been loyal to this salon for years and plan to stay, but they truly need to step up their customer service.

Tracy the owner did my dip powder nails. First time there. Recommended by a friend. Called 10 minutes before arriving and was helped immediately. Received friendly advice on color. Friendly, amiable, safe, clean atmosphere. Quality, professional job. Competitively priced.
