Right from the start, Parviz gave us confidence that the work would be done well. He listened to what we wanted and provided us a complete estimate. He visited the site regularly, checking on his employees and asking us if we had any questions. When I reported to him that one of his employees wasn’t getting as much done as the other, he pulled the employee from the job and put someone else on it. When I noted a seam in the wallboard, he had his workers flatten it and repaint. When he noticed peeling paint around a window that we hadn’t asked him to address, he had his workers take care of it anyway. And when the supports for a shower rod got lost, he had an employee purchase, deliver, and install a shower rod. They even provided a shower curtain and hooks! “We hired A-1 Renovations to do some renovation work on a Condo we own. The scope of work included painting the entire condo, removing an existing laminate wood floor and underpayment, installing a new laminate wood floor, vapor barrier and baseboard trim, a few additional minor repairs, and a deep cleaning. We had our kitchen completely remodeled and a bathroom and bedroom added into finished space in the house. We were initially told it would take 6 weeks, to which I scoffed. There was quite a scope of work and this was the only company probably could get through everything without having three or four different companies. Were there bumps in the road? Yes but everything was made right. Bumps are always unavoidable for a scope that affected every floor of the house. Navigating the 203k loan process can be confusing and it was challenging to find a lender who had enough experience to properly walk us through the process. We had never used a contractor prior to our experience with Dun-Rite, but my understanding is that our experience with Dun-Rite is not the experience a lot of other contractors provide.

“RLS Contracting, RLS Contracting, RLS CONTRACTING!!! Before coming across my friends at RLS Contracting, I had no barn, no addition on my home, and no man cave for dipping into the classic "guy things" we all know and love ! My wife and I initially called asking for pricing on an 'outdoor' treehouse and spoke with Turk. He was friendly and knowledgeable but seem to progressively get louder as he talked. Near the end of our conversation, Turk was near full volume and was yelling "You love our service, you tell us in a review when you love our service!!". Turk gave us our prices for the outdoor treehouse and it was a done deal. The service was done within the week - I supervised the workers to make sure none of them were staring at my yard and thinking of asking to buy a few acres. For the record, I am not interested in selling even an acre of my yard. A few years back my neighbor asked me if I could sell him land for him to mine clams/string beans/etc. and I could not believe it. Please let me know if you have any questions!“
