Chad Slifer from The Tailored Closet is a pleasure to work with. On his initial visit, he listened carefully to my requirements and presented his design to me within 24 hours. I wanted some changes, and it was super easy to do that in real time over Zoom. Chad had said the lead time would be 5 weeks, but the modules came in within 3 weeks - way ahead of schedule!! He has a great installation team and the work was neat, fast, and professional. Additionally, Chad's price for the custom closet was most reasonable when compared to other quotes that I got. I would highly recommend The Tailored Closet.

We love our new closet. This is our second time using them. The process was easy and the workers are efficient. We love the design of our space, which makes it more functional. We plan to use them in the future again!

Chad and his team at the Tailored Closet of Baltimore were fantastic to work with and gave me a really great product. They were responsive, understood what I wanted and answered all of my questions. They created a layout for me that was both superior to other competitors but also at a more affordable price. I had two medium sized closets built out as well as a large walk-in closet. I could not be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them.
