I had a massage from Brittany and it was undoubtedly the best experience I've had with a massage therapist. I have a very specific condition and when I explained it to Brittany she immediately understood my needs and delivered on everything. From my initial greeting to the end of my massage, Brittany was so warm and friendly. She was attentive to detail, asking if her touch was the right amount of pressure and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Brittany did a really deep massage into my tissues, and a lot of tension released in my lower back. Brittany is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail.

My Massage therapist Blondell was amazing, I give her 5 stars. However the spa missed the mark a few other places. I went back to undress for my appointment and there wasn’t a robe in my cabinet, I had to leave out to find a worker to get me a robe. After finally getting a robe and undressing the locker I picked key pad was broke so I had to move my belongings to another one. After the delightful massage I was told the steam room was broke. I called two days before to ensure that all areas were open and functional and was told they were and they weren’t and that was a total disappointment because the steam room is my favorite. I loved my visit!! From check in to the massage to the post massage care everything was curated with care. After check in I was given a tour of the facility. The location was very clean. You may have to change in an open locker room, however a secluded room is available for those who are not comfortable. There was a large party during my visit so it was a bit noisy. The staff apologized ahead of time. I didn't mind hearing other people just be happy. The massage was wonderful. The massage therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure.
