Ricardo arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He did warn me that the some spots might be to hard to remove all spots completely and need to replace with new carpet. The service provided yesterday included deep cleaning two tile floors, two rugs, steaming and deep cleaning of two large couches that really needed it and a cloth chair. This is the best I remember my kitchen looking. The couch is probably five years old and is unrecognizable to me, it somehow looks fully and fluffier than when I bought it. “Washington Cleaning Services has been a life savior when I had two floods in my basement. They came when I called at 3:00 a.m., and extracted the water from my basement immediately. They also began pre-dehydration/purifying process to prevent mildew and molding. I have used them twice and would recommend and use her company again in a heartbeat.
