They were thorough, friendly, and flexible with timing. We had a brief window when we could do a cleaning, and they worked with us. I limited the time to 2 hours and asked them to focus on floors and bathrooms, but they went above and beyond and even cleaned the toaster oven!Service: Standard cleaning

I used the Green Mop to clean my townhouse when I was selling it and the team did a great job. I figured I would use them again to clean my condo before my move in. HUGE MISTAKE! They didn't do a good job at all. When I ran my hand over the kitchen counters? You could feel grit like dust. Same for the window sills and blinds. I sent a video to the company and got a long email about how dust/human hair/pet hair settles. They cleaned the day before I was scheduled to move in and no one was in the home and I don't have a pet. Bathroom was dusty still. I asked for my carpets to be cleaned and it seems they just vacuumed them. I need to be able to trust the people I work with...read full review
