Called Saturday evening at 6pm for heat not working. They sent tech- Dyami, to address. He arrived less than 2 hours later- 7:30pm… on a Saturday! He fixed the issue and left once heat was working again. But- heat went back out less than an hour later, I called UAT, they sent Dyami back, he returned abt an hour later, found another issue and fixed. Pls note- although furnace is less than 2 years old, I’ve had several problems w unit, including another repair from this past Thursday! I was very impressed w techs knowledge, problem solving skills, and professionalism. And the company- great customer service and extremely reasonable rates!
