Man where do I begin! Ever since the first day I stepped foot I’ve became a new person mentally, physically, and emotionally. Meeting new people and see how consistent they are motivated me to be consistent get 1% better everyday. The impact the members and the staff ( shout out my boy Caleb) have had on me is something words can’t express. OWINGS mills Merritt is my home and no matter how far I’m away I will always come home !
Been a member for 2-3 years. Everyone is very friendly. They recently made substantial upgrades -- new flooring, new machines, turf area. It's nice to see a gym invest, something most don't do. Definitely recommend checking it out.
