This is one of the best gyms I've been a member to if not the best. New owner has added some great equipment and has been informative and friendly since day 1. If your looking for a gym that has it all for strength conditioning/body building this is it. Great equipment, friendly staff/members and never overcrowded!
Great gym. Clean and modern. Has everything a person serious about their fitness needs, and it keeps growing. The membership is a fair price and the hours are great, although not 24 hours, but that's fine. The WiFi is great, I can stream my workout playlists. Locker rooms are clean and has a suana. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone from a novice to advanced gym goer who is serious about their health and fitness
There just aren't enough stars!! This was the first gym I joined in MD so it's always felt like home. It did go through a rough patch but it's recently been taken over by a new owner/management. The staff is friendly, professional and always helpful. The gym is clean and well cared for. Within the past couple of months the interior has undergone a renovation and some state of the art equipment has been brought in. As a pro athlete, this is the type of gym I love.
