“I have used Scott's services 3 times now, and I've been happy every time. I had an issue with my outside outlets not working and he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me at no charge to diagnose the issue. I ended up figuring out the issue right before my scheduled appointment. It was exactly as Scott said -- some GCFI I didn't know existed had tripped and cut off power. When he came, I was fully expecting to be charged for the visit, but he did not charge me. In fact, he stayed for almost 30 minutes answering my questions about other concerns I had in the house due to the previous owner's poor electrical work. He genuinely loves what he does and it shows.
