Some communication issues at the planning stages, but once they came out, Thaddeus was just awesome (the gentleman with him was friendly as well, but Thaddeus was our main point of contact). Took the time to explain what was going on in a complete and concise way, but never talking down. Made suggestions for the future as well without feeling like a mechanic scaring you into repairs.
