I have used Scott's services 3 times now, and I've been happy every time. I had an issue with my outside outlets not working and he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me at no charge to diagnose the issue. I ended up figuring out the issue right before my scheduled appointment. It was exactly as Scott said -- some GCFI I didn't know existed had tripped and cut off power. When he came, I was fully expecting to be charged for the visit, but he did not charge me. In fact, he stayed for almost 30 minutes answering my questions about other concerns I had in the house due to the previous owner's poor electrical work. He genuinely loves what he does and it shows. We've been working with Scott and his team for over 15 years now. We live in a very old house, so there's always something that either goes wrong or something new that needs to be installed.When we first asked Main Street Electric to upgrade our BGE-supplied service to 200 Amps all those years ago -- he and his team took care of everything, I mean, everything). I never believed that we'd still be calling Scott from time-to-time with electrical consulting, wiring or outlets troubleshooting, and installation requests. The last being to install Smart home switches and outlets in all the rooms in our house.Services: Fan installation
