I called around trying to get someone to help me with an intermittent electrical issue, and every other company couldn't wait to rush me into an appointment and charge me a hefty diagnostic visit fee. Then I spoke with Scott. Instead of just trying to get his foot in the door to charge me, he spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me, actively listening and troubleshooting the issue. Huge shout out to Scott. We've contacted him 2 times now. The first time was for a Home Inspection. Scott was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in his field. We were so impressed with his expertise. Scott was kind enough to warn us of some very important concerns with the house we were planning to purchase. He even went above and beyond to inform us of some additional concerns he noticed that were not even Electrical related.
