“I had a laptop that I was completely locked out of. They are busy and it took a few days before they worked on it but i was given a call when Cherie started and she was very kind to make sure there was nothing on it that I wanted and by the end of the day she called and my laptop is like brand new. They are fair priced and didn’t gouge me like some other places I called. I am very happy with their service. They don’t seem like a big corporate company very nice and personable and I prefer that. Thank you! I will be back with some other items I’ve needed fixed.”
