Even though my laptop could not be repaired.I appreciate a call from Chris B calling me back and hearing a better explanation and hearing how I felt on my end.Even though they couldn’t resolve the issue I can’t say he didn’t make better by listening to and offering to help me in anyway.I can see myself working with them based on Chris I appreciate your prompt attention to the matter more companies could learn from that.
