TSPEC [Technical Specialties] is my I.T. Solutions provider. My company and I have had an excellent relationship with TSPEC for several years. TSPEC is my sole provider for both sales and solutions. I have used others (some of the very large computer server makers) with much less success where account managers would change on me every couple of months and network engineers were sometimes good but other times.. not so good. With TSPEC, my account manager has been the same since 2011 and is by far the best. Teri is awesome. She is the most talented and knowledgeable, and can get results when no one else can; a true professional. As the saying goes, "They broke the mold when they created Teri". Their network engineers, which TSPEC has an abundance of, are the Best in the industry and are so easy to work with. Their cabling division is also the Best. It has been 3 years since TSPEC set up our large-scale WAP network. It consists of over 80 Meraki state-of-the art access points using the Meraki Dashboard (a great GUI tool and management console). Our WAP network has been flawless the entire 3 years. I am the I.T. Manager and have not heard any complaints the entire time. We use Zebra handheld computers for scanning inventory throughout the 300 sq. ft. with excellent signal, all the time, (it's incredible). No complaints but compliments. :) Our servers and workstations also run great after 3 years as well. They have great management and are the nicest people. I buy all my subscriptions, equipment, supplies through TSPEC. Their pricing is great for labor costs as well. I have saved thousands of dollars with TSPEC and highly recommend them for any installation and network management. TSPEC's Managed Services is perfect and has several plans. They've got my back.
