They were extremely helpful and kind. When one of my laptop's hinges broke, they not only examined it but determined my laptop was still under warranty. They provided me with a box and label and instructions for how to send it back to the manufacturer, and it got fixed in good time.

Very helpful, kind, and professional, and I really appreciated them keeping me informed during the process of it all as well. Will definitely be coming back if I need a computer repaired again in the future!

They fixed my laptop with a fast turn-around and an affordable price. I found Kevin to be friendly and knowledgable. I would use them again (but I really really hope I won't need to.)
