“The Amada team has been a wonderful team in general, from management down to the staff in customer service. The care givers and nurses are exceptional. The warmth my aunt received upon their arrival at her home left her a lasting impression.

They make everyone feel like family by showing humanity and compassion. My aunt is comfortable in their care which makes it a big plus in today’s society. She has her favorite nurse and caregiver that she request in most cases. However she embraces whom ever because of her comfort level.

“My experience with Amedysis was wonderful!
Dave and Katina were my Physical Therapists. Dave came first to evaluate me and Katina came for the next two weeks for my therapy. She was kind, and patient, and really worked with me on achieving going up and down stairs. I haven’t walked down stairs the normal way facing front for 2 years since my last fall so this was a major accomplishment. I am so grateful for their service in helping me get back to walking with my new knee. Thanks Katina and Dave!“

“I had Johns Hopkins care at home after I broke my femur. They were just awesome. Rebecca, the nurse, was vey helpful. She checked my wounds, vitals etc and gave great medical advice. Jonathan, the physical therapist, was amazing. He challenged me and helped me to learn to put weight on my leg. I was thrilled to be able to climb the stairs after just a few visits. His upbeat attitude really made me look forward to PT. Justine, the occupational therapist, was very good as well. She gave me some great pointers on getting dressed, particularly putting on socks with a grabber. She also showed me some exercises I could do for my upper body and my legs. Overall, I was very impressed with all three of them. I highly recommend Johns Hopkins home healthcare.“
