“My “own” experience with Absolute Care Services came through BrightView Hunt Valley. BrightView, not I, chose Absolute Care Services for overnight companion care to my loved one with Alzheimer’s Disease living in Memory Care.
The companion care provided was expensive but I never thought seriously about hiring another agency. That’s because BrightView had confidence in Absolute Care Services and, over time, so did I. My concerns about her wandering, personal care, injuries, and loneliness were greatly reduced.
Where I did briefly have concerns was in Absolute Care Services’ billing statements, which I came to learn were handled by an outside party.. Once I brought the “irregularities” to the attention of Absolute Care Services’ senior staff, the irregularities were corrected immediately.
