Based on reviews, Johns Hopkins Care at Home provides exceptional healthcare services. Patients describe the staff as awesome, amazing, and very helpful. Nurses are attentive and give great medical advice, checking wounds and vitals. Physical therapists are incredible, challenging patients and helping them learn to put weight on their leg with an upbeat attitude that makes therapy something to look forward to. Occupational therapists are very good, offering great pointers on getting dressed and exercises for the upper body and legs. The infusion center offers a clean private suite with a door, shades, a comfortable recliner with a heating function, an adjustable tray table, and a personal TV and remote. Check-in is a breeze. For over 24 years, the staff has been very professional and pleasant to talk to, taking their time without making anyone feel rushed. Therapists are always on time, keep patients updated, and make suggestions to improve pain and mobility. They are very knowledgeable, caring, and listen. Overall, reviewers highly recommend Johns Hopkins home healthcare and note that the staff goes above and beyond.
I had Johns Hopkins care at home after I broke my femur. They were just awesome. Rebecca, the nurse, was vey helpful. She checked my wounds, vitals etc and gave great medical advice. Jonathan, the physical therapist, was amazing. He challenged me and helped me to learn to put weight on my leg. I was thrilled to be able to climb the stairs after just a few visits. His upbeat attitude really made me look forward to PT. Justine, the occupational therapist, was very good as well. She gave me some great pointers on getting dressed, particularly putting on socks with a grabber. She also showed me some exercises I could do for my upper body and my legs. I could not rave about the nurses at the Holabird Ave Infusion Center more. They are absolutely amazing and attentive. In the short time I’ve been there, going 3x a week, I’ve gotten close with the core team of nurses and seen the way they interact with other patients, they have so many Peds patients daily and are so good with them. They each have incredible work backgrounds before coming to work at the infusion center so I promise you are in fantastic hands with everyone there.

I started using Johns Hopkins Care at Home for my CPAP . in March 2001. In that 24 years I've had untold interactions with the staff. Each and every time they have been very professional and pleasant to talk to. They take their time and at no time did I feel rushed. Top notch folks. Thanks JH Care at Home. Its sad when I read prior reviews who wine about impossible issues.
