Based on the reviews, Amada Senior Care Nottingham is dedicated to helping families find the ideal option for senior housing and identifying funding options. The team has been a wonderful team in general, from management down to the staff in customer service. The care givers and nurses are exceptional. The warmth a client received upon arrival left a lasting impression. They make everyone feel like family by showing humanity and compassion. The service and compassion received went far beyond business—it felt like family. Their team showed genuine care, responsiveness, and understanding during a time when it mattered most. The scheduling flexibility is great, and working with them was very easy. They were able to provide caregivers to a new client within a day. Amada initially set a client up with two different caregivers for different shifts then checked in to find out if the client had a preference. When returning for more care, they were able to plug in one of the original providers. So many places are difficult to work with and are dismissive, but dealing with Amada was a breath of fresh air. They truly seem to understand that the family needs direction and empathy during these stressful situations.

They make everyone feel like family by showing humanity and compassion. My aunt is comfortable in their care which makes it a big plus in today’s society. She has her favorite nurse and caregiver that she request in most cases. However she embraces whom ever because of her comfort level.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Frederick area team. They were able to provide caregivers to my mom, as a new client, within a day. The scheduling flexibility is great. Working with them was very easy. Could text to get a schedule a caregiver or cancel the scheduled care.
Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. My mom gave 5/5 for all the caregivers she saw. Something that was really nice is Amada initially set her up with two different ones for different shifts then checked in to find out if my mom had a preference between the two.
